Flo Clucas

Born in Liverpool, Flo Clucas OBE, was a Liverpool City Councillor from 1986 to 2012. She held the position of Deputy Leader for some years and was responsible for EU funding and spending. Since 2014 she has been a councillor in Cheltenham. As visiting fellow at the Heseltine Institute, she helped create facilities such as the Women's Centre in Liverpool and has been involved with the Liverpool Institute for Performing Art since 1990.
