Estelle Worthington

Estelle Worthington is North-West campaigns organiser for Friends of the Earth. Her main focus is supporting grassroots communities across the region to campaign on the environmental issues that matter most to them. She’s worked on anti-fracking campaigns, community climate action and the campaign to persuade metro mayors and council leaders to prioritise decarbonisation and green jobs. She is passionate about helping people fight for climate justice. Prior to joining Friends of the Earth, she worked in the refugee rights sector and sees this struggle as inextricably linked to the fight for a more stable climate for future generations.
